Hacemos breve revisión sobre Tumores de la Corteza Suprarrenal, sus aspectos macroscópico, microscópico, histopatológico e inmunohistoquímico, Se presenta un caso de Carcinoma de Corteza Suprarrenal, en una paciente de sexo femenino, de 57 años, con antecedentes de hipertensión arterial y sin otras manifestaciones clínicas. El tumor fue diagnosticado por imágenes y tratado con procedimiento quirúrgico.

 After a brief revision about Tymours of the Suprarenal Bark, their macroscopic and microscopic characteristics, the histopathologycal and inmunohistoquimical diagnosis, we present a case of Carcinoma of Suprarenal Bark, in a 57 year old woman with history of arterial  hypertension and without any active symptoms. The tumoour was diagnosed by images and trated with surgical procedure.

Some considerations are made on the frequency, the diagnosis and the treatment of theses tumours.
