Results: It was verified that this surgery was the most practiced in the group of 65 to 69 years old patients (20%) with predominance in the male sex (72.5%). The most frequently observed histological findings were epidermal and basal carcinomas, from the conjunctiva and eyelids. According to the TNM classification, T4N0M0 was the most prevalent type at the moment of diagnosis (48.5%). Most used initial treatment was the exeresis combined with radiotherapy (35%). It was also demonstrated that the causes for an orbital exenteration were advanced primary tumors, along with failures in the initial treatment. A global survival of 76.9% in 5 years was obtained, with a medium time of survival of 14.8 years.
