El Nefroblastoma o Tumor de Wilms es la Neoplasia más frecuente del Tracto Urinario de la infancia la presentación bilateral representa aproximadamente el 4,4%.
Presentamos un caso de localización bilateral en una niña de dos años y medio que consultó al Instituto SOLCA con Tumoración abdominal observada y palpada por primera vez por su madre y confirmada su diagnóstico con exploración clínica, estudios radiológicos; recibiendo tratamiento quimioterápico pre-quirúrgico, luego se realizó Nefrectomía Parcial bilateral y quimioterapia adyuvante; con buena evolución.

The Nephroblastom or Willms tumor is the most frequent cancer of urinary tract in childhood. The bilateral location represents 4,4% aproximately . We show one caseof this bilateral location in a 2.6 years old femenine child that came to SOLCA with and abdominal mass observed and touched first by her mother and the diagnosis was confirmed with clinical examination. X-ray studies, receiving chemiotherapy tratment before surgery, then a bilateral partial nephrectomy was made with adyuvant chemiotherapic, with satisfactory evolution.
