Abstract:

 

We have made a review of the suprarenal gland tumors. They are neoplasms very rares and they can be grouped within of endocrin and no endocrin tumors. For this study, we have mainta ined in their histopathologic classification, which is based in histologic structures that involve suprarenal gland, for example,tumors of the cortex, medulla and others like neoplasms derived of mesenchymal or neural cells of the suprarenal gland as Malignant Schwannoma that is was diagnosed in this Institute, and even though metastasic tumors that involve suprarenal tissue. We have described histogenesis,location, macroscopic and microscopic findings, clinical features, inmunohisto chemistry respective test, which have been used in order to confirm the diagnose, because of these tumors can be extremely hard to make a distinction one from the others,surch as Adenoma or Suprarenal carcinoma of the cortex.
